These terms govern your use of the Top Practice CFO website and services. Engagements are also governed by a separate written engagement letter that controls if there is any conflict.
What is the scope of our work?
Top Practice CFO provides advisory and analysis services. We do not perform audits, assurance, or tax filing, and we coordinate with your CPA for those. Our analysis is computed from the data you provide and reviewed by a CFO before delivery.
How does the guarantee work?
Our written guarantee, where offered, is defined in your engagement letter. It is the only performance guarantee we make, and it does not promise any specific financial outcome beyond what that letter states.
What are your responsibilities?
You are responsible for providing accurate access to your records and for the decisions you make. Our analysis informs your decisions; it does not replace your judgment or your legal and tax advisors.
How can these terms change?
We may update these terms and will post the current version here. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
